There has been a marked upswing in new commercial property developments in the Cape Town area, with many new office and industrial developments completed, and many more that have already broken ground and should be ready to take on new tenants during the course of 2019. A host of new property development in the inner city are set to change the skyline in Cape Town, and offer big business a range of new locations to call home. How is this going to impact on the older A and B Grade buildings. Will we see more of these older spaces being converted into residential spaces? This can be a positive. The City Bowl is in dire need of more residential space, and more importantly as an affordable cost to the working class of the city.
